your credit union. We have 2 separate types of mortgage loans
to meet your needs.
First type is a conforming mortgage loan. This requires as little
as 5% down with fixed or variable rates; call for rates and terms. The maximum loan amount is $275,000. These loans are more
in depth, but can offer appealing rates and terms. The second
type is a smaller loan with maximums of $50,000. Because
these loans are smaller they are not as complex. This type of
loan has a variable rate, which will increase or decrease once
a year after consummation of the loan, and shorter terms but
can be completed faster.
